Spotless is 1/4 cast, fast cast mods for it are useless in my opinion, and since the recharge on staff is universal (not the staffs attribute), 40/20/20 prot staff will be the same thing.

10r/20enh weapon with 20/20 off-hand would be the most optimal if you wanted to take everything out from spotless. (10% + 20% recharge, 20% duration and the useless 20% HCT)

It would not be the same thing, the 20FCT only applies to attribute, just because the FCR is universal doesn't mean FCT follows the same rule.

HCT is never useless as you're looking for removal speed, the faster it goes off the faster a hex will be removed, nonetheless it's still 5sec. you must wait until a hex removed so going back to the last page where we've already discussed this and basically ended this whole thread; It's more advisable to bring nearly any other hex removal (i.e. cure hex, etc.)
